Matched to the passenger, not the other way around

Ambulatory transportation

Comfortable sedan and van transportation for passengers who walk independently or with limited assistance.

Wheelchair-accessible transportation

Ramp-equipped vehicles with proper securement, handled by PASS certified drivers.

Recurring treatment schedules

Dialysis, infusion, physical therapy and behavioral health schedules managed as standing programs.

Discharges and facility transfers

Hospital, rehabilitation and skilled-nursing discharges and facility-to-facility moves.

Senior transportation

Patient, unhurried assistance for older adults, including caregivers and escorts riding along.

Facility accounts

Standing arrangements for clinics, facilities and care teams that move patients regularly.

Passenger assistance

Say how much help is needed — we plan for it

Curb-to-curb

The driver meets the passenger at the curb and assists into and out of the vehicle. Suited to passengers who move independently.

Door-to-door

The driver assists from the front door of the residence or facility to the vehicle, and to the destination entrance.

Door-through-door

Additional assistance inside the doorway to a waiting area or check-in desk, arranged in advance when a passenger needs it.

Scheduling notice

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for standard trips and 48 hours for recurring schedules, early-morning appointments and wheelchair-accessible capacity. Same-day requests are accepted when capacity allows.

Dignity as standard

Passengers are greeted by name, given the time they need, and kept informed. Drivers are trained to assist without rushing.

Non-emergency service

Orbit Relay is not an ambulance service and does not provide emergency medical care or clinical treatment. In an emergency, call 911.
